| The best way to login to an existing account is as follows: 1) Click on the <HOME> tab above. 2) Click on the event you wish to view OR the event for which you have already purchased tickets. 3) Click on the <SIGN IN> link and then enter your e-mail address and password 4) If successful, you will be returned to the event you had chosen. You may then proceed to view that event OR click on the <MY ACCOUNT> link to edit your profile or view your account history/reprint Print at Home tickets. If you login using the <Create a new account> links at the top right of your screen, you will find that when you click <LOGIN> the screen will refresh as if you haven't logged in. Actually, you are logged in! If this happens, just click the <HOME> tab and then the event you wish to purchase. You should see your name on the right side of the screen as well as a <MY ACCOUNT> link. Please note: The Bermuda Music Festival and TOC Entertainment (Mary J Blige/Natasha Bedingfield event promoters) are separate within BermudaTix and have their own set of accounts. Accounts previously set up in BermudaTix will not work with Bermuda Music Festival and TOC Entertainment and vice versa. You may however, use the same e-mail address and password if you wish when creating an account. We apologize for any confusion this might cause but had to do this for technical reasons. |
