| The best way to login to an existing account is as follows: 1) Click on the <HOME> tab above. 2) Click on the event you wish to view OR the event for which you have already purchased tickets. 3) Click on the <SIGN IN> link and then enter your e-mail address and password 4) If successful, you will be returned to the event you had chosen. You may then proceed to view that event OR click on the <MY ACCOUNT> link to edit your profile or view your account history/reprint Print at Home tickets. If you login using the <Create a new account> links at the top right of your screen, you will find that when you click <LOGIN> the screen will refresh as if you haven't logged in. Actually, you are logged in! If this happens, just click the <HOME> tab and then the event you wish to purchase. You should see your name on the right side of the screen as well as a <MY ACCOUNT> link. |
