My Print at Home tickets have not arrived or they did arrive but the file is corrupt.

You may reprint Print at Home tickets anytime! If you already have a BermudaTix account with password*, simply login by clicking on 'Login/Create an Account', top right of your screen. You may also login by clicking on the 'Sign-in' link which appears on most pages in the ticket purchasing section (after you login click on the 'My Account' link).  Scroll to the bottom of the next screen and click on the ORDER HISTORY button. Click on VIEW next to the transaction for which you wish to print tickets. In the next screen, Order Status should read PRINT AT HOME. Click on the PRINT link.

* If you never set a password for your account, please see the next FAQ answer below to set a password for your account.

I tried creating a new login account and received an error message. What do I do?

Click on the 'login-create an account' link at the top right of your screen. Then, click on 'Returning customer but no password yet'. You will receive an e-mail with a link. Click on the link and you will be brought to a page where you can create a password. Next time you login, simply enter your e-mail address and password. Your billing information will automatically appear on the credit card screen. Please note that for your security, you will have to enter you card number, expiry date and 3  digit security number every time you have a transaction with BermudaTix.

Do I have to enter my billing information every time I make a purchase?

No. The first time you make a purchase, your billing information (but not your credit card number) is saved. To access your billing information and account history simply create an account by clicking on the 'login/create an account' button at the top right of your screen. Click on the 'Returning customer but no password yet' link and you will be sent an e-mail containing a link. Click on that link and a new page will open asking you  to create a password.

Next time you visit BermudaTix, login and then your billing address will automatically appear on the credit card screen. Please note that for your security, you will have to enter you card number, expiry date and 3 or 4 digit security number every time you have a transaction with BDATIX.

Can I print my tickets at home?

For most BermudaTix events, you may print your tickets at home. You will receive a PDF file via e-mail. Each of our print at home tickets has a unique barcode. We use wireless scanner technology at all of our events to ensure that only valid tickets gain entry.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Depends upon the event. Most events do not allow exchanges. Please call our help line on 232-8499.

What happens if I lose my ticket(s)?

It's important that you set-up an account with BermudaTix whether you purchase your tickets online, in person or over the phone. That way, each time you make a purchase, we will have a permanent record of the transaction. If ever you lose your tickets, you can have them reprinted at one of our box offices or at the venue. A $2 fee per ticket applies. If you purchase your tickets without an account and do not have your original confirmation number, you are out of luck. Your ticket cannot be replaced.

If you used our Print at Home ticket technology, it's easy to reprint tickets. Login to your account. At the bottom of the screen click on the blue ORDER HISTORY button. Find the right transaction and click on VIEW. You should see Order Status: Print at Home Print    Click on the Print link. Your ticket(s) will load in a separate window. Wait until you see the tickets. Then click Print OK <yes>.

Can I purchase tickets by phone?

Most of our events are available for purchase by telephone. Phone orders are subject to an additional charge of  $3 per ticket. Call 232-2255 in Bermuda or toll-free 1-800-309-8497 for Patrons in Canada and the USA.

Can I purchase tickets online but pick-up traditional cardboard tickets ?

For most events you may. If you see a 'Will Call Window' option, that means that you can collect your tickets from ANY of our physical ticket centres or at the venue, no less than 30 minutes before the performance.

Is there a fee if I donate online or join/renew a membership online ?

There is absolutely no fee to you for donating online. The charity will receive every penny except for the fee that the bank charges us to accept the credit card payment. Online memberships attract a $2 convenience fee per membership.

Where can I get more information about a specific event?

If the event has a website, you can find the link by clicking the 'event info' button on any of the event's pages on our site. Otherwise, look for a telephone number in any of the event's promotional materials.

Is my personal and credit card information secure?

Yes, this information is collected using a secure server. Credit card information is not stored on our servers for your security. We will not sell or share your personal information with any outside organizations.
